The remaining 50% will be applied towards a future engagement so long as it occurs within 1 month of the initial cancellation. There is no refund if you must cancel within 48 hours. I do apologize for this, but as I would be reserving this time just for us, a cancellation with that little notice might be very inconvenient for me. I understand that your time is also very valuable, and in the extremely unlikely event that I must cancel, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit.
